Bali is an island that offers so much in the way of serenity & beauty that tourists keep coming back to visit & enjoy all that the Balinese & island has to offer.

The people are very warm and friendly with the traditions & culture and are definitely something worth learning about. The Balinese are genuinely happy people, perhaps attributed to their strong Hindu faith in. They believe that a balance should be maintained between the spiritual and the physical world to have peace and prosperity.

The Balinese share many things in common. They have a formal organization of villages and farming. Almost all aspects of life are placed in the hands of two traditional committees, the Subak and the Banjar.

Statement in Response to the Recent Natural Disasters in Indonesia....Hotel Association in Bali (BHA)

With regards to the recent natural disasters in Indonesia: the tsunami in West Sumatera and the volcanic eruption in Central Java, we extend our condolences to the family of the victims. Our thoughts are with all those who suffer in this tragedy.
